How much Pure Gold do I give? I would start off with 1/8 C for about a week to assure your horse does not get diarrhea.  Once your horse becomes accustomed to it, increase to 1/4 C once or twice a day.  

When do I give the EZ Xtra Gel?  Since it comes in a three pack, I like to think of it as before/during/after.  I give one dose the night before an event or trailering, the day of, and the next day.
